Najava migracije Erste eBanking usluge sa Halcom platforme na eMon OfficeBanking

Obavještavamo vas da je Erste Bank AD Podgorica pokrenula projekat migracije Erste eBanking usluge elektronskog bankarstva za pravna lica sa platforme Halcom (Personal i Corporate e-Bank) na platformu eMon OfficeBanking, koja ima moderniji i pregledniji dizajn i korisničko iskustvo. Projekat će biti realizovan i završen u narednom kvartalu.
Buduća platforma eBanking usluge zadržaće sve funkcionalnosti, a sâm prelazak i korišćenje neće izazvati dodatni finansijski trošak za korisnike Halcom platforme. Nije potrebno popunjavanje nove pristupnice niti potpisivanje novog ugovora.
U slučaju da, uz Erste eBanking (Halcom), trenutno već koristite i eMon OfficeBanking kod neke druge banke koja posluje u Crnoj Gori i da posjedujete digitalni certifikat za organizacije, u ovom trenutku nije potrebno da preduzimate bilo kakve aktivnosti. Blagovremeno ćemo najaviti datum završetka migracije, nakon kojeg ćete moći pristupiti računima otvorenim u Erste banci kroz Erste eBanking uslugu na eMon Office Banking platformi. Istoriji transakcija, izvodima i drugim istorijskim podacima sa Halcom platforme moći ćete pristupati u Halcom aplikaciji i nakon migracije.
U slučaju da ne koristite platformu eMon OfficeBanking, ljubazno vas molimo da Zahtjev za izdavanje digitalnog certifikata za organizacije, koji šaljemo u prilogu, popunjen i potpisan od strane ovlašćenog lica dostavite najbližoj filijali Erste banke u najkraćem mogućem roku, kako bismo osigurali sve preduslove za potpuni kontinuitet usluge tokom procesa migracije. Nakon pripreme i preuzimanja certifikata, biće organizovana obuka za korišćenje ovog servisa. Blagovremeno ćemo najaviti datum završetka migracije nakon kojeg ćete moći pristupiti računima otvorenim u Erste banci kroz Erste eBanking uslugu na eMon Office Banking platformi. Istoriji transakcija, izvodima i drugim istorijskim podacima sa Halcom platforme moći ćete pristupati u Halcom aplikaciji i nakon migracije.

Erste eBanking migrates to a new platform
Dear clients,
We inform you that Erste Bank Montenegro has initiated electronic banking service (Halcom Personal and Halcom Corporate e-Bank) migration project to a new platform - eMon OfficeBanking, which ofers more modern and refined design and user experience. The migration project will be implemented and completed during the next quarter.
The new eBanking platform will retain all functionalities, and the migration will not bring any additional financial costs for the current Halcom platform users. Existing eBanking contracts that you have signed with Erste Bank Montenegro will remain valid after the migration completion.
If you already use eMon OfficeBanking with another bank operating in Montenegro and you have a digital certificate for organizations, there is no need for any activities at this point of time. We will announce the final date of migration in a timely manner, after which you will be able to access your accounts at Erste Bank through Erste eBanking service on eMon Office Banking platform. Transaction history, statements, and other historical data from the Halcom platform will be available to you at the Halcom application even after the migration completion.
In case you do not use the eMon Office Banking platform, we kindly ask that you submit the Request for issuance of a digital certificate for organizations, which we send enclosed, filled and signed by the authorized person to the nearest branch of Erste Bank as soon as possible, to ensure all preconditions for full continuity of the eBanking service during the migration process. After preparing and retrieving the certificate, training will be organized for the use of the new platform. In a timely manner, we will announce the final date of migration after which you will be able to access accounts opened at Erste Bank through Erste eBanking service on the eMon Office Banking platform. Transaction history, statements, and other historical data from the Halcom platform will be available to you at the Halcom application even after the migration completion.
