Obavještavamo Vas da su, zbog zakonske implementacije MSFI9, novog standarda finansijskog izvještavanja koji stupa na snagu 1.1.2018, moguće sljedeće privremene poteškoće u korišćenju servisa elektronskog bankarstva:

  1. Nećemo biti u mogućnosti da putem Halcom ebanking aplikacije isporučimo izvod za 01.01.2018, već će svi klijenti koji budu imali transakcije na ovaj datum izvod moći preuzeti u matičnoj filijali Erste banke. Izvodi za 02.01.2018. i 03.01.2018 će putem elektronskog bankarstva Halcom ebanking biti dostupni 04.01.2018.  Navedena implementacija može uzrokovati i povremene zastoje u razmjeni prometnih stavki putem Halcom ebanking aplikacije za datume: 02.01.2018, 03.01.2018. i 04.01.2018. sve dok se ne razmijene izvodi za navedene datume.
  2. Postoji mogućnost kratkotrajnih problema sa SMS servisom po transakcionom računu (fizičkih lica i poslovnih subjekata) za datume 03.01. i 04.01.
  3. Korisnici NetBanking i mBanking aplikacije mogu imati određenih, kratkotrajnih problema u korišćenju servisa
  4. Decembarski izvodi po kreditnim karticama biće isporučeni 03.01.2018.

Tim Erste banke će sve navedene dane raditi i truditi se da minimizuje eventualne poteškoće u korišćenju servisa. Uz najbolje želje za novogodišnje praznike, zahvaljujemo na razumijevanju i izvinjavamo se zbog eventualnih neugodnosti.

NOTIFICATION on potential temporary difficulties in functioning of electronic banking services due to introduction of IFRS9 standards

Please be informed that due to the implementation of regulatory requirement IFRS9, a new financial reporting standard valid as of 1st Jan 2018, there may be temporary difficulties in using of the electronic banking services:

  1. We will not be able to deliver the bank statement for 01/01/2018 through Halcom eBanking, and all the clients with the transactions on this date may take the statement in the company's corresponding branch of Erste Bank. The statements for 02/01/2018 and 03/01/2018 will be available through electronic banking on 04/01/2018. The implementation may also cause temporary delays in the exchange of transactional items for 02/01/2018, 03/01/2018 and 04/01/2018, until related statements are exchanged. 
  2. Potential temporary problems with SMS service per transactional account (private and company entities) on 03/01/2018 and 04/01/2018.
  3. NetBanking and mBanking users may have temporary issues in using of the services.
  4. December statements per credit cards will be delivered on 03/01/2018.
